Edinburgh’s favourite indie music venue opened up on a Sunday afternoon in May – predating the city’s annual arts explosion by a couple of months for a mini-festival of its own.
The indoor setting was as it turned out a sensible option given the unpredictable Scottish weather at that (or any) time of year.
The broadly electronic lineup brought in talent from across the UK for the inaugural Big Day event.
Dutch Uncles, Discopolis and Jonnie Common were among the big names as well as Errors (in DJ mode).
Also on the mill were Machines in Heaven, Made of Glass, Dems, The Machine Room, Lomond Campbell and River of Slime.
