Wonderfully-named Sam McTrusty rages against bands who use fake American accents – in proud, broad Scots voice and with Twin Atlantic on fine form. Like most of the tracks on current mini-album Vivarium, this is blasting with life, enthusiastic riffs jumping around like a hyperactive younger brother. In your face and happy about it, ‘You’re Turning Into John Wayne’ is determined to grab your attention.
