If energy and gusto is what you’re looking for then 586 have it in abundance, here it is undoubtedly needed to boost average songs into great ones, sadly for all their efforts Rags and Tags falls just short of the mark. Fun girl/boy vocals, kooky keyboards and jaunty rhythms can’t make up for the rather uninspiring lyrics and the indie-by numbers arrangement. 586 could have a lot to offer but this definitely isn’t it.
