Zipten

Zipten is soaring through the electronic world with his new release, ‘Volcano Sunset’. It is a fresh delivery which quickly follows his previous hit, ‘Cube Escape‘ and once again he knocks the ball out of the park.

Fusing a summertime vibe with contagious funk, this electronic instrumental brings something new to the table. Furthermore, I enjoy how Zipten is evolving musically, and he is rapidly becoming a household name in this space. Also, he crafts a memorable adventure and each arrangement which leaps forward flows with vigour.

Longer than expected, given his previous shorter releases, ‘Volcano Sunset’ offers a fresh look on the Italian producer. He is never afraid to try something new, and his ability to stay far from the norm is refreshing. However, he does take influence from some of the greats, and the funky guitar rhythm sounds very similar to a Nile Rogers creation.

As the track progresses, ‘Volcano Sunset’ opens up the door to Summer 2021. It brings the heat straight back to us, and although there is no official video as yet, I find myself filling with warmth and the summery tones slap me round the chops like a kipper.

Overall, ‘Volcano Sunset’ is a driving force which grips me with every play. However, due to it being a contrast to his previous hits, I can not envision what will be next from the Italian. Will he follow down the warm route, or will he change course completely? Only time will tell, but I am eager to hear what else he has up his sleeve.

You can take a listen to ‘Volcano Sunset’ by Zipten below. Also, be sure to follow Zipten on his official social media accounts. I am sure there will be plenty more gems like this one on the way very soon. Well, let’s hope so anyway!
