Music, like life, cannot exist in a vacuum. It carries with it the bruises and changes of a thousand collisions. It’s not difficult to note the signposts that The Cave Singers duly salute along the road, but it is to no end. Each track on this EP travels nomadic, with one eye forever on the horizon. The bluesy guitar providing the train-track through valleys of emotive vocals and dead echoed drums. Each sprinkled liberally with exquisitely broken percussion. Saddle up, I highly recommend.
