The second track from Steg G’s forthcoming album is a reflection on self-hate and the comedown after a hard night – featuring MC Solareye.
It is low-tempo, with piano and guitar riffs playing between the verses, a subtle and immaculate production from the mainman Steg. MC Solareye bares his faults and indiscretions with pain and self-awareness, and (whether he is in character or not), it is very affecting.
