In 2008, Soundlabs hosted some of the most influential bands on the international music scene, making Soundlabs among the most important musical events in Italy last summer.
The organisers intend to do the same in this, its 13th year too, to bring the nebulous atmosphere of Glasvegas, the delicate beauty of José González, the British swagger and charm of The Wave Pictures, the rhythmic folly of the Swedish pop duo Wildbirds & Peacedrums, the narrative-photographic rock of Massimo Volume, the noise experiments of the Sicilian Uzeda, the schizophrenic geometries of Zu, the pure disconcertion of Dente, and the animality of Cometa Fever.
This unmissable lineup promises to make the last few days of summer unforgettable and carefree, filled with moments of wonder at just how beautiful Soundlabs can be. With the amazing music, delicious food, intoxicating wines, fresh breezes, and the sparkling waters of the Adriatic just a few steps away, there is no doubt that Roseto degli Abruzzi will once again be overwhelmed by the usual atmosphere of fun and relaxation during the days of the festival. From September 3-6, evenings at Soundlabs on the coast of the Adriatic will offer another chance to live life to the fullest, with glass in hand, eyes on the stage, surrounded by the music.
And you, is this music? reader, can experience the sounds of the world in Abruzzo, for free – simply by entering our competition.
