Starting off with a repeated melody on piano, guitar and drums/drum machine, the song finally breaks out, after a minute and a half, in a fun flurry of all instruments whilst still keeping the music light. It breaks down again with all instruments intermingling intricately, proving Maybeshewill to be extremely talented at what they do. After some quiet piano, there is silence before the chorus comes back again, even more enlightening than first time round. The b-side is a lovely little acoustic version of ‘I’m In Awe Amadeus’. It strips back the distortion and heavy synth effects of the original version, combining instruments such as acoustic guitar, piano and glockenspiel with light synth to give the song a wholly organic feel.
