You might think one song about our soon-to be-replaced-PM would be enough but here are a Yorkshire based sound collective bringing the bass, drums and every other available part of their recording studio to tell Theresa May that they don’t think she’s that great a dancer.
The original mix bounces along like a Eurodisco classic that slightly undermines the “give your austerity a rest” lyric, but everyone that gets to hear this will understand what’s being sung clearly enough.
One mix isn’t enough though, and the deejays of USUK turn the tune into a proper Hardbag floorfiller with motorik precision. Doesn’t end there though, as reggae veterans Zion Train and also Steve Whitfield get to push the faders, enabling all five takes on the track to sound sufficiently differentiated that they can be easily played in sequence without getting repetitious.
