2000trees is just around the corner and the festival recently announced the final additions to their already stellar line-up.
Don Broco (above) have been confirmed as the third and final main stage headliner in what will be their only live show of 2024. Surprisingly this will mark the band’s debut at the festival. Don Broco are an absolute powerhouse of the UK rock/alt scene and have had numerous radio A-list singles, sold out arenas and even a UK number 1 album with ‘Amazing Things’ in 2021.
The band join previously announced headliners The Chats and The Gaslight Anthem, plus huge names such as Manchester Orchestra, Kids in Glass Houses, Nova Twins, Creeper, Spanish Love Songs, Cassyette and more.
Also part of the final line-up announcement is 2000trees royalty and all-round legend, punk rock troubadour Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, Bob Vylan (above), who recently released their third album ‘Humble As The Sun’, one of the most talked about bands in the world right now Wargasm, Welsh indie band Los Campesinos! (Playing their first outdoor festival since 2014 at 2000trees), as well as supergroup Empire State Bastard, Irish punk rock trio Cherym, solo artists Lauran Hibberd and Katie Malco and Manchester punks Loose Articles, who recently opened up for rock icons Foo Fighters.
Bob Vylan comments: “We’re looking forward to being back at 2000 Trees, one of the best UK festivals there is, for the third consecutive year. An unprecedented event in the 2000 trees history and we’re looking forward to being part of that history once again in an even bigger way this time around.”
2000trees Festival organiser, James Scarlett had this to say about the announcement of Don Broco, “Don Broco are easily one of the most requested bands that are still yet to play 2000trees. To have them join Trees legend Frank Turner, and one of the most exciting bands to play the festival in recent years in Bob Vylan, tops off one of the most compelling line-ups we’ve ever had. The rest of this announcement, from Wargasm to Empire State Bastard, Cherym to Vower, added to the already announced likes of Boston Manor, Dead Pony, Cassyette, Static Dress, Snayx, Nova Twins, Crawlers and Creeper, 2000trees this year is showing everyone UK rock is in good hands!”
