Paper Cuts (Hangfire)

Likeably wonky Scottish indie from the Glasgow 4-piece – thickly accented vocals, strident guitars and drums and a keyboard that sounds like a bank of theremins gaffa-taped together. Which somehow makes the fact it slows down and falls apart after around a minute all the more charming – all serious and playful at the same time, they’re certainly a band that means business.
