The raucous and relentless energy of ‘Show Off’ is exactly reminiscent of their amazing live shows, a high-energy race to the finish with polished percussive interjections and frenetic vocals. I imagine putting this on in preparation for street battle! It’s like Bis rumbling with McLuskey, and the repetitive slogan vocals have me grinning from ear to ear. Joyous! B-side is a slightly less interesting instrumental in Wild West style; neat, but a wee bit obvious. Not so keen on the sax, but some lovely gunfighting trumpet.
