Former Arab Strap man Malcolm Middleton has a Christmas message for a festive record market set to be dominated by whichever X-factor entrant Simon Cowell deems to have won most text votes.
Middleton is set to release ‘We’re All Going To Die’ as a single for Christmas. The odds are 1000-1 - according to William Hills “the longest ever odds we’ve given on a Christmas number 1.”
In festive mode, Malcolm states on his website: “Dying is a bit like writing a letter to Santa, unless you’ve been a good boy or girl, you’re fucked.”
‘We’re All Going To Die’ gets a digital only release on 17th December, and Middleton is set to release a new mini-LP ‘A Sleight of Heart’ in February. More at www.malcolmmiddleton.co.uk
