Glasgow act (and itm? and Mojo favourites) De Rosa have embarked upon a project to bring music to the lives of a needy public, all year round.Their ‘Appendices’ series will consist of a track every month over 2008 - not dissimilar to the project that the Wedding Present undertook in 1992 - except that the tracks won’t be chart-eligible, because each download is free. (So, not that similar, then).
The January ‘edition’ is now available from their myspace site and www.wearederosa.com .
Each “Appendice” is a specially recorded mp3, issued on the first Monday of every month in 2008, and when collected will form a limited edition LP in December 2008.
