I’ve heard a lot of bad lyrics but “hello, my name is elmo/I do this live show/to sell my promo” definitely rates amongst the worst. Unfortunately, opener ‘Live Show’ is inevitably a sign of things to come.

Dirty Projectors

It’s rare that as a listener of music, you find an album that just seems perfect. There’s no second you’d want to change, there’s no single criticism you can think of, and the multitude of risks the records takes are measured and brilliantly carried off.



Animal Collective
